Syntec Distribution is proudly announcing a new distribution agreement with TSC Printronix. The TSC Printronix relationship broadens our portfolio to Mobile, Desktop, Industrial, RFID and Barcode Verification Printers.

During the summer of 2020, our team has been busy undergoing product training and understanding the TSC Printronix product portfolio. TSC acquired Printronix in 2016 and both brands stand out as world class barcode printer manufacturers.

“We will be offering a range of technical services to complement our new relationship with TSC Printronix” Syntec Sales and Marketing Director Sarah Rogers said, “These include; onsite engineers for installation & set up, remote support, setup, configuration and help with label design. Our Bromsgrove-based workshop will also stock spare parts to support our customers locally.”

As our partners know well, barcode verification is extremely important in the supply chain to ensure every label is produced to a high standard. Printronix Auto ID’s exclusive ODV (online data verification) is a barcode validation and verification technology that is integrated into our industrial thermal printers. ODV is able to read each barcode as it is printed, strike-out a rejected barcode and reprint a new label. Depending on the model chosen, it is able to verify and validate 1D or 2D barcodes, grade the labels to ISO standards and generate a report.

TSC Printronix is well now for high quality barcode printing. We have found that it is the people behind the brand that also matter greatly and one of the real strengths of the TSC Printronix brand is the sales and technical UK support that can help assist our channel partners with their projects.
