Need help with your WiFi?
We provide full WiFi services from survey and design to installation and maintenance—whether you’re improving an existing network or starting from scratch, we’re here to help.
While a single plug-and-play router is easy to install in your home, business networks have more complicated requirements than your average household WiFi network—and handle significantly more traffic. Different industries and physical environments require careful handling. Our expert team will determine your business’ unique requirements so you can provide your staff and customers with the connectivity they need.
Every business is different: there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all. The number of client devices and the physical area you’re covering will determine the hardware requirements. Even your building itself is a consideration: high metal and concrete environments can significantly affect signal strength. We’ll conduct a site survey [link] to figure out exactly how many and what kind of access points you’ll need for a reliable connection throughout the premises. We’ll also look into implementing any special requirements you may have, such as guest WiFi networks [link] or subnets.
Once the requirements are established, our engineers will pre-stage the equipment at our offices before coming to your site to fit the hardware, working with your team to make sure all the access points and network switches are installed according to the site survey plan.
Once everything’s in place, we’ll test your network’s upload and download speed to make sure everything’s operating at peak performance. And the job doesn’t stop there—we’re always around to help troubleshoot and repair any problems that might come up.
With a detailed site floorplan, we can often determine the required access points and optimal locations for them without even visiting the site—saving you time and money
Easy-to-understand visual representations of signal strength, coverage, throughput, and channel overlap throughout your premises
Checking for effective bandwidth utilisation and potential co- and adjacent channel interference across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands
If you have an existing network, we can test its performance and configuration and determine ways to improve it—and fix those irritating slow speeds and dead zones
We can test to make sure your existing hardware supports the latest and most effective Protected Access standards
